The challenge
The label's first supplier shipped corduroy 5-panels with wale too wide and crowns too tall — samples read as costume, not streetwear. They needed a factory that could match vintage proportions at production scale, with consistent dye lots across reorders.

Sourced narrow-wale 8-cord corduroy, rebuilt the crown block to vintage proportions, and locked the dye formula so every reorder matches the first run. Started with a 500-piece trial batch before scaling.
